For example if you have a freelancer or subcontractor helping you with a project, you can give them access which does not include access to invoices and financial details. You can give your clients access to projects including invoices, and allow both clients and freelancers to only view tickets which are assigned to them.

Our document generator uses HTML5 to build the templates, meaning anyone with basic HTML knowledge can design their own templates. Data from Zebreco can be used in your templates giving you the ability to create great dynamic documents.
